Some issues are too complicated to be reliably explained or even described in a short way.Also, you may need to learn "HowTo-Ask-Questions" first. Use this quoted phrase in your favourite search engine and give up few minutes revieving results. The rule of thumb for tech-related chats follows: Don't ask to ask (if you can ask). Just ask, describing your problem concisely.
